About Our Founder

Founded by Jonetta Owens, The Recruiting Hub is backed by more than two decades of professional experience spanning leadership, talent acquisition, healthcare, criminal justice, nonprofit management, workforce development, administration, human services, and business operations.

Jonetta is a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist and holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Criminal Justice. Her career has included leadership and operational roles across healthcare, behavioral health, criminal justice, workforce development, nonprofit organizations, education, and community-based services.

Her experience leading multidisciplinary teams, improving organizational processes, supporting compliance, and building workforce solutions allows her to understand the operational challenges organizations face every day.

As the Founder of The Recruiting Hub, Jonetta is passionate about helping organizations hire smarter, strengthen internal operations, and build sustainable businesses through practical, relationship-centered solutions that deliver measurable results.
